How to allow Spotify on firewall?

My Question or Issue

I got the following message when logging in:

"A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the currecntly used proxy settings (Error code: accesspoint:32)"

I am an IT System administrator and I would like to allow Spotify for all users in my organization. I found the port 4070 what I should be allow on the Firewall (not Windows Defender Firewall, we have a physical firewall device) and it works when I allow network traffic for Any destination on this port.

I do not want to allow communication on this port for the whole internet, I want to do it with specified IP ranges. I found some IP ranges on different forums but none of them worked.

So I need the IP address ranges or FQDNs which used by Spotify to communicate on port 4070.
