[Windows] Local Files won't refresh/load

My Question or Issue

Like the title says, after last update the Local Files will not update or even show up anymore. I have tried deleting "index.dat", "local-files.bnk" and clearing cache.

Clean reinstall worked once but it is a hot fix not a permanent solution. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please try doing a clean reinstall of the the app, as shown here. If that doesn't make a difference, let us know your current version of the Spotify app, so we can investigate this further.

I believe the same here:
on Windows after the recent update (before 15NOV2022) - customized offline storage location were reset, so all the offline files are gone. After setting the Offline storage back to customized location - it's been cleared up.
