This sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here.
You can try changing the zoom level by editing the prefs file, found in Spotify's installation folder. Depending on whether you've installed Spotify - from our website or from the Microsoft Store, you should be able to find it in one of the following locations:

Spotify website: C:\User\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Spotify\"Your Spotify username"
Microsoft Store: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Spotify\"Your Spotify username"

Once you locate the file, right-click it and open it with Notepad. You should find a line app.browser.zoom-level - set the value to 0, then save your changes and restart the Spotify app.

If the issue persists, it might be a good idea to try changing your screen resolution following the steps in this article.
