This has solved the issue for many users here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, resetting your Wi-Fi connection might help as well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let me know if it helps!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/us/download/other/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;web version&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the app. I always change the version of the app when a problem occurs. It maybe a bit hard to do everytime but it sometimes solves my problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
