Help! web player greyed out

On the web player all the playback controls are greyed out.

No song plays from my recents either.

It's the same on edge, firefox and chrome

I've tried log out from all devices as well

My app on phone works fine and the mobile web player also works fine.

update: it automatically got solved after 5-6 hours

We're glad to hear that everything is working as expected again. Can you please let us know if you've changed anything in your setup in those 5-6 hours in case we get similar reports? Have you restarted your PC or router?

I used log out from all devices

installed and used spotify on my android

I restarted my pc once but the problem was still there.

It suddenly started working when I started my pc which was in sleep mode.

I didn't installed any desktop app of spotify this was all for the web player.
