My Question or Issue

It seems the last update or so (don't know exactly when it started) made the sound of spotify lower than usual.

It seems to be the case only on the desktop app though but I'm not the only one to have noticed around me.

Hey there @AllForTheGam3,

As we're not noticing any changes on our end, before we investigate further, would you mind taking a look at the Volume Mixer?
Left-clicking on the Speaker icon should open it up; it looks like this:

In case everything looks normal but the volume is still too low, do let us know and we'll gladly take a look 🙂

Hi,

Yeah, everything seems normal on my side.

I checked before I posted and everything is the same as before.

It's not that lower but it's noticeable

Can you please also check whether your volume level is set to Quiet in the app's settings?
