PC and Android Phone won't sync properly

My Question or Issue

I was trying to play music on my PC recently, and I decided to try to control the music with my phone, when I saw that my phone didn't think I was playing any music on any device. This wouldn't really be a problem, until I had tried to set up local files, and my phone wouldn't download the music from my PC, presumably for the same reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I have no idea what to do.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

It is not possible to sync Local Files between devices anymore. You'll have to have the files physically present on the device you want to play them on beforehand. The the app can detect them and play them.
