Weird message pops up and playlist changes!!

My Question or Issue

I have been having some issues lately. I am listening to a song, it comes to an end. Song changes to some playlist I don't even have and message pops up saying "spotify can't play this right now. if you have the file on your computer you can import it". I have no clue how to fix that or why it is happening. I have free plan although I am listening on PC and this has never happened before. Thanks to everyone who wants to help.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, do you have the Autoplay option on in the app settings?

On another note, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the normal one.

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.
