      <title>desktop app not loading</title>

      <description>For months now I have not been able to launch the desktop app. Using a Dell laptop with Windows 10 Version 21H2, all updates installed. When I launch the app it flashes a few times and then closes. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice, logged out/in more times than I can count, cleared cookies and caches. Not sure what else to try. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I play in the browser my Home screen doesn't load (but I can play music through search and Your Library menus. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a premium Duo plan.</description>

&lt;P&gt;We suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, we'd recommend disabling any antivirus or ad-blocking software, and turning off any VPNs if in use.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
