&lt;P&gt;By saying that the app works well on your phone, you got us thinking that there might be an issue with the connectivity on your PC. Can you try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference for you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt; that if there's poor network connection some songs may not load with very good quality or stream at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd recommend to go into the Spotify app's settings under Audio Quality &amp;gt; switch on &lt;STRONG&gt;Auto adjust quality&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This way the app will auto adjust the streamed songs quality based on your network signal. So if there isn't good signal, the songs will stream with lower quality, but will still stream.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case the above doesn't do it for you, it might also be a good idea to ask a friend or a family member to log in into their account on your computer and test if they'll experience the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>o problema não é no fone de ouvido, já que consigo ouvir com qualidade alta vídeos no youtube, o problema é que, quando escuto música no spotify, o som fica ruim e travando, nem no webplayer consigo escutar com qualidade (no aplicativo do celular consigo ouvir as músicas bem)</description>
