My Question or Issue

I know there have been many posts before, but none helped. The buttons for Shuffle and Repeat are greyed out on both mobile and PC. They used to work. Not anymore. I've tried all work arounds, nothing. I've logged out and logged in, restarted computer, phone and tablet, I've looked everywhere. I've tried just repeating one song to see if it worked. Nothing. Will this ever be fixed? Thanks.

I understand why shuffle may be grayed out on mobile (not recognizing your premium subscription or something), but it's weird that it's grayed out on PC. Have you tried a clean install?
