    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already disconnected and reconnected accounts multiple times but nothing seems to be working on desktop while it works fine on android. AS for plugins it only shows Windows media player and itunes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Unlink your Spotify account from Last.fm&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Perform a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Re-link your Spotify account to Last.fm&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case the issue persists,&amp;nbsp;it's worth checking if&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;reinstalling&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Spotify from a different source would fix this: if you downloaded the app from the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/spotify-music-and-podcasts/9NCBCSZSJRSB" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;Microsoft Store&lt;/A&gt;, try the one from&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://spotify.com/download/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;our website&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;instead, and vice versa. Also, if you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily and check if your tracks would scrobble then.&lt;/P&gt;
