i want to play the podcast (dick & doof) and it doesnt work. i tried on my phone to play the podcast and it works. can someone help me please

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info to better understand what's exactly happening on your side. For starters, would you mind sending us a description of what you see on your side? Can you see the podcast but not play it? You can listen for a while, and then it stops? It'd be awesome if you sent us as many details as possible.

On another note, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the exact Spotify version you are running at this moment?

Lastly, just to confirm, is this happening with a specific episode? Can you send us the link to the podcast? You can do it by following these steps.
