~1 min Distorted Songs?

Hi everyone. About a few months ago I noticed some weird, odd-placed songs in my weekly discover playlist. I noted these songs' names, artists, and links to the music. I wanted to report to Spotify to learn what are they all about. Then I forget and just kept the list. What is weirder is that all these songs sound like one whole music but chopped from different points and distorted hellishly. I don't know if this is a new genre or artistic movement but sounds weird and unsettling. Also, if you check some of the artists' pages, song titles also look interesting. Here is one examples:
