My search results don't play when clicking them.
My playlist work fine also playlists from friends.

Same. Using windows 10 app.

SOLVED by shutting down my VPN. I have PIA.

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your PC or on other devices as well?

If this only happens on your PC, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. Make sure to download the app from the Microsoft Store.

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your PC to see if they can replicate this with a different account?

We'll be on the lookout.
