My Question or Issue

a few weeks ago, my desktop client hs started to recognize I also own a smart tv. And so it is showing a prompt "select your speakers" everytime I start the client. I do not wish to use the smart tv speakers, since I am using my laptop. I wish there was a way to permanently remove this prompt

Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can get a better understanding of the issue?

Have you tried reinstalling the app as described on this page?
