Multiple Playback Issues with Dirty Genes Podcast

My Question or Issue

I have tried to listen to the Dirty Genes Podcast on my PC and there are multiple issues:

- At first it just wouldn't play even when clicking the play button; nothing would happen. After fiddling with other content it started working.

- The sound doesn't work as despite "playing".

- I tested on my iphone to see if it worked and it works on my Spotify App when I select to play the sound from my phone. If I switch back to web browser the sound no longer works.

- While I was trying to make it work a few times it would play the following episode despite selecting another one (eg I select episode 7 and it plays episode 8). It did that both on my iphone and my pc.

This applies only to this podcast, I tested both Joe Rogan podcast and a song in between and those would always play.

My browser cache is certainly not the problem as I may have listened to one episode in the past but that was well over a year ago.
