&lt;P&gt;For that you need to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/hacked-account-help/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;read this article&lt;/A&gt; and follow &lt;STRONG&gt;all steps&lt;/STRONG&gt; outlined under "Still have access to your account?" section.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure to check the list of apps you have allowed access (outlined in the article), because the culprit causing strange things is often in there.&lt;/P&gt;
