The hideous new interface...

- "friends activity" button VANISHED;

- album cover "expand" option is covering the playlists;

- everything is obnoxiously large, a very bad use of space (this ruined the "expand" option for album covers);

- it's just plain UGLY.

The reason this makes me so angry is because the Spotify team is constantly making this design changes that NOBODY ASKED FOR, and ruins everything. Every update is a nightmare, both on PC and Android. It's like the worst designers in the world are working on it, they DON'T THINK.

Hi @cosmicbunny

No matter your UI version, you can always toggle your Friend Activity panel by opening the meatball menu and going to View > Friend Activity.

Please, don't play the robotic dumb assistant on me. You know very well your answer couldn't be farther from helpful, because that's not the issue here. In case you really haven't noticed, I'm complaining about the constant unhelpful changes that makes things slightly annoying and difficult, one update at a time. It's a much larger thing than just "where to activate this function". It's about making THOUGHTFUL changes that will improve in the usage of the app, and not changing things every now and then just to "show work".

Yes, I understand, and there's nothing I can do about those changes. Just trying to help in the ways I can. I know workarounds shouldn't be necessary.

just look at all this wasted space. if the expanded album cover was a little lower and the song info a little to the side, then we would have a better view of the playlists and the album cover.
