Scrollbars missing buttons

My Question or Issue

Hello, since the new updates scrollbars are missing the buttons in the top and the bottom that they used to have. I can understand that it is a design choice, like making them to hide, but I am unable to properly use them without the buttons, as you have left the wheel as the only option for precise scrolling.

I have an injury in my hand so I unable to properly use a mouse wheel.

Moving the box or clicking in the empty space of the scrollbar to go down or up provides 0 control when navigating big playlists, jumping tenths of songs with the slightest movement when maybe I want to see just the next one.

The arrow keys can be used but they are very laggy.

Is there a way to have the scrollbar buttons back?
