App Not Loading music

When i open Spotify on my computer it loads but when i click on my playlist or any other playlist it just keeps loading until it say error loading up playlist

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community!

First up, we'd recommend clearing up your hosts file by following these steps.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?

Additionally, we suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.

Lastly, if you're still getting an error, could you send us a screenshot of it as @kaworu_bloodpaw asked previously? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
