I've tried restarting Spotify but the issue still happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's worth checking if the &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Web Player&lt;/A&gt; would show the updated info. Could you try logging in there to see if everything looks good?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it does, I'd recommend clearing the desktop app's cache by deleting the &lt;STRONG&gt;prefs&lt;/STRONG&gt; file from the installation folder, which stores info about the currently logged in account:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Locate the Spotify installation folder by opening Task Manager and switch to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Details&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, then find a &lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify.exe&lt;/STRONG&gt; process and right-click it &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Open file location&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Untitled.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.spotify.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/158151i4DD12EC324B5A063/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Untitled.png" alt="Untitled.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;There you'll find a file called &lt;STRONG&gt;prefs&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Simply delete it.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;While in the Spotify folder, you'll also find a &lt;STRONG&gt;Users&lt;/STRONG&gt; folder. Open it and delete its contents as well.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart the Spotify app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case the issue persists, try&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;reinstalling&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Spotify from a different source: if you downloaded the current version from the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/spotify-music-and-podcasts/9NCBCSZSJRSB" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Microsoft Store&lt;/A&gt;, try the one from&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://spotify.com/download/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;our website&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;instead, and vice versa.&lt;/P&gt;
