      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Singapore&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASUS 2018 Windows Laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been unable to get Spotify to work on both the Web Player and the Desktop app. I only started facing this problem in the last couple of weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the Web Player, it states "Something went wrong; try reloading page". I've already tried the following fixes, but the issue has not been resolved yet:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Clearing web browsing cache data&lt;BR /&gt;2) Logging in and out of spotify account&lt;BR /&gt;3) Using different web browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Using web browsers in privacy mode (e.g. incognito for Chrome etc)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Restarting Laptop&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the Desktop app, I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times, but it still refuses to play anything whenever I click on a song and hit play (the timestamp does not move for the song when I click play, but there is no error message). I've tried the following fixes, but to no avail:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Restarting device&lt;BR /&gt;2) Uninstall and Reinstall Spotify App&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Signing in and out of Spotify Account&lt;BR /&gt;4)&amp;nbsp; Clear local data of Spotify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Checked that my antivirus firewall allows Spotify through&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could I seek someone's help to look into this, please? Not sure if anyone else is also facing similar issues. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is this on all devices or only on this Windows Laptop?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Did the first occurrence of the issue coincide with an update to Spotify or Windows?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try connecting to different networks and seeing if it works then.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
