On the browser it shows my profile image, liked artists, and playlists. The browser even allows me to create and pick playlist and allows me to listen to music in the playlist also with no problem. Even when on my phone I have no problem with Spotify with everything seems to be working fine but when I go to the Spotify app on Windows it looks like if nothing is loaded in. None of my playlists or liked artists are showing up when look over at my profile there is no image doesn't even show my username. When I try to create a playlist nothing loads. When I try to search up a artist and listen to one of their songs nothing happens. When trying to click on a playlist it loads for a little while then it pops up saying "Couldn't find that playlist Search for something else?" I go back to the browser and look for the exact same playlist it then works it also works when I looked for that playlist on my phone as well. Then I try to go and look at my profile on the Spotify app on windows it starts loading it then says "Couldn't find that page Search for something else?" I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall. I don't have any VPNs on my computer. Am I the problem?

Hey @omiroar,

Welcome to the Community!

It's possible that there are some corrupted app files, that are causing issues with the Desktop app on your PC. Removing those can be a bit tricky, but not to worry. Try the following, and check if your account loads properly and you can play music on the Desktop app:

Log out everywhere and log back in, twice in a row. This sounds weird, but it will force sync your account with the servers.

Go to the Desktop app settings > Compatibility > Disable Hardware Acceleration. Under Proxy settings > select Autodetect settings.

Remove any entries that contain "Spotify" from your Hosts file. Follow this guide.

If none of that helps, start Windows in Safe mode. Uninstall the Spotify app and then go to these directories: C:\Users\"Your Username"\AppData\Roaming\Spotify and C:\Users\"Your Username"\AppData\Local\Spotify and delete these Spotify folders. Afterwards, start up windows normally and install the app from the MS Store. Starting Windows in Safe mode will allow you to remove some of these files which could be left there after a previous installation of the Spotify app, that might be causing trouble.

Hope this helps.
