    <description>&lt;P&gt;So what happend was that i reset my pc because of a update and i still had a song going while updating and after that i went to play a song and it said "Spotify can't play this right now. if you have the file import it." and i don't know what file it said i lost but if somehow i can get back every file i lost i could maybe get it back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. That's not really what that error is supposed to mean, it just means that a song couldn't be played for whatever reason. If it was a song from Spotify's library of offerings, just try again. If the issue persists, try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;. Only if the song in question was some sort of local file, then you need to &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Local-Files/ta-p/5186118" target="_blank"&gt;reimport it&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
