Purtroppo NON Funziona l'accesso al software nel PC ........ nel sito Internet / account si Entra PERFETTAMENTE con mail e password , nel software del PC NON Fa Entrare , E' diventato 'na chiavica .....................

Just to confirm, are you having issues to log in to your account on the desktop app? If so, could you let us know what error message are you getting when you're trying to log in? Sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy as well. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

On another note, you mentioned that it was working well on the web player, but could you check if the same happens on other devices?
