Could you please try a clean install of the Spotify app and see if that works? More about that here. Also, make sure there is no battery optimization setting that is affecting your playback.

One more thing to note is that if there is another logged-in device with your account, that can also change playback. If you see an unknown device or just want to be sure that no one else has access to your account, please go ahead and reset your password and sign out everywhere.

My Question or Issue

The playback keeps pausing only when im Online, if i go flight mode or offline mode on the app it self it wont pause. I logged out from all devices, changed password cleared cache, reinstalled the app it is driving me nuts i can not listen/watch podcasts unless i download them previously!
this has happened also from my laptop.
any help greatly appriciated
