&lt;P&gt;On another note, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the issue persists?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not using the app, only the web player.&lt;BR /&gt;I am in a work environment with a very high speed internet connection shared bu multiple colleagues for diverse activities, it would be very quickly noticed it there was an issue with the connection and it hasn't been the case.&lt;BR /&gt;This is a work &amp;amp; personal laptop, that I have been using for a very long time with Spotify web player without any issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thx&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
