&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First up, we suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception. Additionally, d&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;isable any antivirus or ad-blocking software, and turn off any VPNs if in use.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Spotify doesn't work on my computer</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I have an annoying and ongoing issue.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a Premium Spotify account. My account works fine on my iPhone.&lt;BR /&gt;But since June, there is no way to have it work on my computer (Win10, up-to-date) any more. I used the free version for years, and when I decided to go premium it just stopped working!&lt;BR /&gt;I keep getting errors, such as the app opening, a song starting then crashes after 10 seconds ; or the app failing to retrieve my playlists from my account ; or the app just not opening. The web player simply won't open, no matter what browser I'm using, I keep getting an error message stating an error occurred and I need to reload the page, but the error keeps showing.&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea would be great. Thx.</description>
