It seems like this is only a minor UI bug

1. Hover over a Song
2. Left click the three dots that open the "Song Context Menu"
-> The "Song Context Menu" should now be visible
3. Right click the three dots that open the "Song Context Menu"
-> Now another instance of the "Song Context Menu" should be displayed in front of the initial "Song Context Menu"

Although we're unable to provide a timeline for a fix for this, it's something that might get improved in future updates, so make sure you're always running the latest version of Spotify.
