Hello,

I freakin like spotify ok, I'm a big fan, and I have nothing against developers of the app, you're beautiful people, I love you.

BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I've had spotify prem for what feels like a decade now, and THE SYNCING ALWAYS BREAKS between two devices of using Spotify.

I really like using my laptop Spotify app to control my phone's Spotify which is hooked up AUX style to some old-school preem-o audio setup.

--I don't want to have to get up to change songs or albums or whatever, If I can do it from my laptop, that's much more convenient.

Sure it'll work for a few minutes, but guaranteed, at some point, either the song scrubber (idk what you call it, the 'progress bar' maybe) will break, OR it'll display the wrong song, OR it'll just straight up not work, like I'll select a song to play from my laptop app (which says its playing from my mobile device) but the mobile app won't update at all. There are numerous other issues similar to this which would take forever to get through.

But like, I feel like this has been an issue plaguing spotify forever, please, please, im begging you, fix it.

We're sorry to know you've been having issues with the Connect feature.

Could you let us know if your devices are connected to the same WiFi? Could you check if the issue persists with a different internet connection?

Additionally, we'd like to know if you're using any VPNs. If so, we suggest that you turn it off as it can affect the app's performance.

Lastly, would you mind checking if the OS of your devices is up to date?
