Hi there @jackfrost108,

Thanks for reaching out. We suggest turning off hardware acceleration and tweaking both the resolution and the scaling from the Windows settings, this can hopefully help fix this. Be advised though that the app is generally not designed for use on resolutions like this, so oddities like this are somewhat expected.

Hope this helps.

Plan

Premium

Country

UK

Operating System

Windows 11

My Question or Issue

I was planning on using a mini LCD monitor type thing I have as a dedicated Spotify display, however, when I press the fullscreen button it hangs off of the edge of the display meaning I can't see any of the media controls.

Examples (these screenshots are of 2 of my monitors at the same time):

The normal UI fits in this small display. (The display is 800x480px)

This is what it looks like when I press fullscreen mode:

The fullscreen UI sticks out at the bottom meaning I can't use Spotify on the mini display.

This is the view on the monitor in fullscreen mode:

I am wondering if there is anything I can do or if this could be fixed.

I have tried using Ctrl & +/- which does make the normal UI bigger and smaller but not the fullscreen UI

Thanks

Hey! Hopefully what Joan said worked. What I found to work is. If you go to Advanced display settings, select your monitor "Display adapter properties for display (x)". There is a option to "List all Modes" in the screen that pops up. It will be set to whatever native display it was in my case, 800x480. Change it to 1280 by 720, and it should work. May look grainy but in full screen you won't notice it. There is a bunch of options so find out what works best for yours!
