"Something went wrong while loading the artist'"

My Question or Issue

Trying to load any artist profile times out after a while with the "Something went wrong" message. I have no idea what went wrong. The same can happen for an album page, too.

Welcome to the Community!

If you haven't already, could you give the app a clean reinstall with the steps here? It can help resolve different issues with Spotify's performance so it's worth giving it a shot.

We also want to mention that you can download the app both from our website and from the Microsoft Store and they can have different behavior. In case the issue persists, you can delete the version you're currently using and download the other one.
