You can find it in the top left corner under the 3 dots menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just click it and go to File -&amp;gt; Offline Mode. Turn offline mode on and then off. Try searching for something and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure your internet connection is stable. If you're using any VPN/DNS service, disable that and try searching again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try the Web Player and Mobile App to confirm if the issue is only on the desktop app or on other platforms as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep me posted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
