Question or Issue

When I type an artist's name or song, nothing loads it's only a black page being displayed and when I try to go back home it tells me" We couldn't find what you are searching for." Can you please fix this issue?

Hey @t-0, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Can you try turning the offline mode on and off on the desktop app? You can find it in the top left corner under the 3 dots menu.

Just click it and go to File -> Offline Mode. Turn offline mode on and then off. Try searching for something and see if that works.

Also make sure your internet connection is stable. If you're using any VPN/DNS service, disable that and try searching again.

You can also try the Web Player and Mobile App to confirm if the issue is only on the desktop app or on other platforms as well.
