Spotify Web Player not working in multiple browsers

Hi,

I am sadly out of ideas to fix the problem on my end.
I reinstalled my windows 10 pro N in december, and spotify worked for a period of time. I also installed the media pack I think. After some hiccups with other programs like sound equalizer spotify in web browser stopped working.
If I am not logged in, the site is fine. But as soon as I login, (open.spotify.com) nothing loads on the site, it's just black. I also noticed that I can't register a new account ("email format not valid"). This does happen in my firefox browser, in incognito tab and also in a naked edge browser so it seems to be a problem with my pc. On another pc, everything including registration works fine. Help?

In case anyone also has the problem with web browser not loading on open.spotify.com after login, I found the solution:
It has nothing to do with my Windows N Version (but if you do, make sure to install media pack). The problem was that I blocked the following URL: spclient.wg.spotify.com
Apparently spotify web browser now relies on it, so if you block in your hosts file, pihole, firewall or whatever this is the reason your spotify web player is not loading.

not useful. how do i know i have blocked that url
