Local tracks duplicates

hi everyone, hope you guys can help me.
I have uploaded a couple of local tracks (mp3 I have on my laptop) on spotify. Each track is like 4min long but, when uploaded onto spotify, each single track becomes 30min long, since the song is repeated like 7 times.
Why is that? is there a way to solve this problem?

Does this happen with all tracks? Sounds like there might be something weird going on with the track metadata.

Yes, with all the tracks (although they're not too many, just about a dozen)...

It might be worth running the files through something like mp3tag to see if that fixes it?
