&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In case the described behaviour persists after that (and as you mention this happens with the website as well), it might be some sort of a graphics card issue, possibly driver-related.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To see if this is the case - open the Windows menu and type the phrase device manager. Open the Device Manager from the results.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click Display adapters in the drop-down menu, right-click on the GPU, and select Properties.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the Driver tab and click Update Driver.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click Search automatically for drivers.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do the same for all listed drivers in the device manager just in case, but the flickering does seem to be graphics-related.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep us posted on how things go!
