when I start my computer spotify starts up with it

Hey @cariocaUSA

Go to Settings, and click 'Show advanced settings.'

There you can set Spotify to start automatically or not in 'Startup and Window Behaviour.'

Now it won't open when you log into your computer unless you open it.

Jumping in here just to clarify that the suggested option is not on your Spotify setting, but in the settings of your PC. Since the location of this option may change across devices, if you're running Windows 10 or 11 on your PC, we'd recommend selecting the proper tab and following the steps mentioned in this article.
