It sounds like the app is not responsive at all. Could you try to restart your device to see if that makes any difference for you?

It's also a good idea to remove any apps or services that Spotify may be connected with or affected by and check if the issue continues.

Lastly, we'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network. If possible, ask a friend or a family member to start a hotspot for you and use that network to test if you'll be able to play music. If this is not possible - try with another Wi-Fi connection instead.

Meu dispositivo móvel está com o mesmo problema, ja fiz as atualizações, desistalei o app e ainda assim não voltou a funcionar!!

app seems to be working normal, but if i play a song it just doesn't do anything. if i press play button of a certain song multiple times rapidly, it sometimes plays it, but it seems quiet random. it also doesn't show my devices(including this computer), and just says its on wired connection.

web player and mobile works just fine, and i've tried clean reinstalling the app many times with no results.
