I have checked that the app has no pending updates, checked if there is any pending Windows update, I closed all the apps running and restarted the application, cleared the cache, made sure there is no driver updates, and still the same problem persist, knowing that I have a pc with the following specs: i9 14900ks - 64 GB RAMs - 2 TB NVME M.2 - RTX 4080 Super. I know the specs may be irrelevant, but just to eliminate the chance that I have "an old PC". I also did a hardware diagnostic check, and everything seems fine. Appreciate if you could look into it because this issue is really frustrating, especially while scrolling through a playlist with hundreds of songs.

Hey there @jordi_2000!

Sorry to hear that this is happening to you.

I'd like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can help get rid of any cache that might be causing unexpected behavior from your end. You can do that by following these steps.

Additionally, you can try using Spotify on another internet connection, like WiFi or hotspot to see if it makes a difference.

Keep me in the loop.
/Mateus
