I'm on a Spotify premium family plan which is still valid and works on my phone, but it won't let me log in on my pc showing the message "This app is restricted to premium users only. (Error code: accesspoint:22)". I have Spotify premium. When I try to login with Google, I go through the prompts in the chrome tab and get the same result. The browser version works perfectly fine.

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd like to gather some further info. Just to confirm, is this happening on the desktop app? Web player? Both? It'd be awesome if you could clarify this to us.

On another note, we'd suggest to start with a clean reinstall of the app if this is happening on the desktop app. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

At the moment, it's possible to download the app from both the Microsoft Store and our Web page. So in this case, if you install the desktop app from the web page, try to uninstall that version and try installing the one from the Microsoft one or vice versa.

Lastly, we'd like to check: is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Ethernet? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? If possible, you can create a hotspot with a cellphone. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Keep us in the loop!
