Error Code: 57

After having some new issues with Spotify gray screening me and not loading anything, I decided it was time for a fresh install. Everything related to Spotify was removed and I went to reinstall the Windows version of Spotify via direct download. I can't get past the installer as it continues to give me the error code: 57.

Tried looking into the error and was given:

"have you tried running in admin"

You can't as Spotifyinstall actually won't allow for this and forces you to install as a normal user.

"disable any antivirus or firewalls"
Did this and no luck.

The installer attempts to send me to either a defunct manual installer or just a incorrect link to said manual installer. At a loss what to do as the web version of Spotify is just subpar and would much rather have the app.

Thanks for reaching out!

Have you tried installing Spotify from a different source to see if that does the trick? If you downloaded the app from our website, try the one from the Microsoft Store instead and vice versa.
