&lt;P&gt;First up, we suggest that you try &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;logging out&lt;/A&gt; and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and PC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the aforementioned steps don't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? You can create a hotspot and use that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
