Hi @itz_bea,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and kudos for already trying some troubleshooting yourself!

Some other things that come to mind are:

Changing the proxy type:

<LI-SPOILER>

Click on your profile picture at the top right corner and select Settings.

Scroll down to Proxy Settings and change the Proxy type to No proxy.

Restart the app.

</LI-SPOILER>

Deleting the prefs file:

<LI-SPOILER>

Open Spotify and make sure it’s running in the background.

Open the Task Manager in Windows and switch to the Details tab.

Locate the process Spotify.exe, right-click it and select Open file location to open the Spotify folder.

There you'll find a file called prefs, which holds info about the currently logged in account. Simply delete it.

While in the Spotify folder, you'll also find a Users folder. Open it and delete its contents as well.

Restart the Spotify app.

Note that you'll be logged out and your settings will be reset, so you'll have to adjust them again. If you had podcasts downloaded for offline listening, you'll have to re-download it as well. Your library, however, will not be affected, so no worries there.

</LI-SPOILER>

If the issue persists, try installing the app from a different source to see if that helps. If you downloaded Spotify from our website, try the version from the Microsoft Store instead and vice versa. In case you're using a VPN, make sure to disable it as well.

Let us know how it goes. Cheers 🤘
