Button play grayed out

I tried to disconnect all devices, log in in other browsers, ctr+f5. But the play button is always grayed-out

Hi there @lukbluk!

Can you double-check if your internet connection is stable during the test? If it is, could you try using a different one, like a hotspot or another WiFi, just to rule out any connection issues?

If that doesn’t work, could you share a quick video or screenshot of the issue?
