&lt;P&gt;To start, we recommend running the Spotify app in compatibility mode for Windows 11/8, as well as in safe mode to test if there will be any difference with the behavior.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since you've not mentioned another internet connection, it'd be great if you could try with a different one or even mobile data (shared via hotspot from your phone if that's possible).&lt;/P&gt;

Skipping songs, pausing and playing songs, or accessing any menus takes 30+ seconds to load per click. If I try to close Spotify and re-open it, it says "The Spotify Application has stopped responding", until I close the task and reopen it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, enabling hardware acceleration fixes all of these issues temporarily. After 15 seconds, hardware acceleration disables itself, and Spotify starts lagging again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've updated all of my graphics drivers and I am running:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I9-12900k&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RTX 4070&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;32 GB DDR5 RAM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 TB M.2 SSD (Spotify is installed on this SSD)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried clean installs, deleting the cache folder, and updating all of my drivers, and am at a dead end now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
