topic web player auto play crashes website after playing two songs in Desktop (Windows)

I'm using a company computer to play spotify and cannot install programs myself. About two weeks ago the web player started failing to play songs on auto-play after the second played song. Even though auto-play only works on the second song it will still briefly display "Spotify can't play this right now" but play the second song anyway. after trying to play the third song in queue it will display "Spotify can't play this right now" once more and the song timer will turn into " -:-- " on both sides. This error forces me to refresh and start playing manually. Oddly enough pressing the "Next" button before the end of a song will allow another two songs to be auto-played.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

Is this on all devices or only on the Chromebook?

When did this start happening?

Can you try to clear your cache and cookies, at least the ones related to Spotify?

If you use a VPN, disable it as it can cause network issues

Let us know how it goes.

I use the web player on my work laptop and am finding a similar issue. I cannot play ANY song. It says "This song can't play right now" continuously, as it rattles through an album/playlist, making no sound. Whether I use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, it's the same outcome.

As I can play songs using a free account, it seems to be specific to my personal premium account.

But I have also experimented with VPNs and find my premium account plays fine without VPNs. However, I cannot rid of the VPNs when connecting to my work's internet.

Is there any data on my account that can be told to me whether it's being geoblocked or something? Thanks.

(Let me know if i need to set up a different topic, I just felt this was the same issue)
