Problem notifications new album

Bonjour à tous.

Je me permets de vous écrire afin de soulever un problème d'utilisation lié à mon compte Spotify Premium.

Je suis aujourd'hui abonné (fonctionnalité "Suivi") à plus de 240 artistes, ceci dans le seul but d'être tenu informé des nouveautés (titres, albums, playlists ...) dès leurs sorties.

Je remarque cependant que les notifications fonctionnent peu voire pas du tout.

En effet, il m'arrive très souvent de passer sur la page d'un artiste et de constater que celui-ci a sorti un album récemment et que je n'en ai jamais été informé par la moindre notification.

J'apprécierais vraiment que les notifications fonctionnent. Étiez-vous déjà informé de ce problème ?

Je profite également de cet e-mail pour féliciter toute l'équipe pour la dernière mise à jour déployée sur l'application PC et Android : une réorganisation fonctionnelle et graphique très réussie.

There were reported issues with notifications a few weeks ago, but reports seem to have died down:

Are you not getting any at all or do only some appear?

J'ai exactement le même problème.

Je reçois quelques notifications mais elles représentent une minorité par rapport à l'ensemble des nouveautés liées à des artistes suivis.

Exemples :

- je suis abonné à l'artiste "Kaly Live Dub" depuis longtemps, et je viens de constater il y a quelques instants qu'un nouvel album (single) venait de sortir (Hard Man). Hors je n'ai jamais reçu de notification pour m'informer ...

- même chose pour l'artiste "Royal blood" qui a sorti récemment un nouveau single "Acquitted Sheriff"

- même chose pour l'artiste "Kai Wachi" qui a sorti récemment son nouvel album "Cadaverous" (il y a plus de 2 semaines environ)

Je signale également que je ne reçois pas d'e-mail pour annoncer ces nouveautés.
Lorsque les notifications fonctionnent, elles apparaissent dans l'application (petit cloche en haut à droite) et je reçois un e-mail.

C'est vraiment dommage, cette option n'étant pas présente aujourd'hui sur Google Music, elle représenterais un avantage concurentiel si elle fonctionnais ...

Hi,

I've got the same problem, never had any notifications for new albums/singles. It's a shame, it's really one of the features I was looking forward to.

However I get dozens of playlist updates, which I deactivated as they're too frequent and much less useful.

Hi !
We're in August 2017 and it's been a year i didn't receive one single notification from a followed artist. (only by email, it's very frustrating).

Of course, I tried everything (uninstall/reinstall spotify, checking notification settings, enabling notifications on mobile).

For this reason, I'm leaving for Deezer. That's a shame because I was liking everything else on Spotify. Just leaving for an unsolved bug... (and for no-support...)

Now, we're in 2018 and this bug is still here. It was really helpfull to follow artists that I like. It's not working since more than three years... I let Deezer few years ago for Spotify, but I'll probably use again Deezer... I'm loking for a software to transfer my artists and albums database to Deezer, if I can avoid to recreate everything...
