My Question or Issue

My social settings are not visible. Does anyone know how I can enable it? I only have two settings that are visible (Language and Display). Someone please help me.

Hey @VivekZOV,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We can confirm that in the Spotify Web Player there are only Language and Display options under Settings.

In case you’re using the desktop app and can't see the Social option under Settings, can you send a screenshot of how your Settings menu appears? You can include the photo in your next reply by using the “Insert Photos” option in the post editor.

Note: Be aware that the Spotify Community is a public forum, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.

I can now see the social settings through the app. I didn't know there were certain limitations with the web player. Anyway, Thanks a lot.

Thanks for reaching out.

Looks like you're using the web player since those are the only settings available there. To access your Social settings, you need to use the desktop app which you can download from either the Microsoft Store or our website.
