Can I upload a song and then delete it off my computer?

Hi friends,

I am wanting to know if I am able to upload songs from my computer onto my Spotify “local files”, download them onto my phone, and then delete the songs off my computer.

if I delete the songs off my computer, will they no longer be playable on my phone?

Hi,

Yes, I believe you can sync local files from your computer to your phone

Just make sure Spotfy isn't blocked by any firewalls, and they're all connected with the same network.

Of course, after you download the songs into your phone you'd be able to play them offline even if you delete files on your computer.

If you're account is not premium, your only choice would be to listen through your computer connected to your phone- as you're not available to downoad songs.
